ولضمان الاستمرارية والتنسيق، اتفق القادة على إنشاء أمانة تنسيق عامة مخصصة لحوار المدن العربية الأوروبية تحت مظلة المعهد العربي لإنماء المدن. وستتولى الأمانة مهام التنسيق والتخطيط والإدارة والتواصل، بما يعزز دور الحوار كمنصة مستدامة للتعاون بين المدن العربية والأوروبية.
